i have limited investment capabilities. The business does not require any capital investment as such, but working capital can be stretched to expand the business and get new customers as normally customer payment cycle is 45-60 days while supplier payment cycle is 30-45 days. another reason - owner is more keen to make it big in food business. already running a profitable restro-bar and setting up another one over next few months.
